A Fun Stop

We stopped in Fort Nelson for fuel and decided to stop at the visitor center and the Hetitage Museum. The visitor center has great wifi, lots of information and a nice gift shop. The staff was very helpful. Across the street is the Heritage Museum. You get a lot for the $3.50 entrance fee!  The museum is stuffed full of old items. They have several buildings you can tour including a residence, church and some beautiful antique cars.

Curling has always been one of our favorite olympic games!

This bike is very unusual. Both tires turn

This is Marl; the owner of the museum, demonstrating the bike. He is 84 and it scared me to watch him.

Our campsite for the night is just to park on the side of the road next to a creek

And the creek has awesome beavers thst build a fine dam

Sweet dreams from the side of the road on the Alaskan Hwy!
