Skip Fairbanks!

I really don't have anything good to say about Fairbanks and if I ever come north to Alaska again I would definitely skip this area.  We have ridden all over the city trying to find a "nice" area, but there just isnt one. There are so many street and homeless people here, it is sad. The city is dirty and has more dilapidated buildings than it has nice buildings.

 We are staying in a state recreation park and there are people in their cars, sleeping on the picnic tables or just on the ground.
